Housing Finance Authority
The Housing Finance Authority of Miami-Dade County, Florida is a public body created under the laws of the State of Florida. The Authority was created to address a housing shortage in the County by stimulating the construction and rehabilitation of housing.
Our vision is a community where individual lives are impacted by our commitment to providing the opportunity for people to live the life they love in their own home. To bring that vision to reality, we provide avenues to affordable housing for first homebuyers in Miami-Dade County.

A new time and place for HFA board meetings
Good news! The HFA will hold monthly Board meetings at the Adrienne Arsht Center at 3 p.m. (new time). The address is 1300 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, Florida 33132. The meeting room is on the east side of Biscayne Boulevard inside the Knight Concert Hall’s Burns Green Room.

2014 Edition of Developers Multifamily Application is now available
