Housing Finance Authority
The Housing Finance Authority of Miami-Dade County, Florida is a public body created under the laws of the State of Florida. The Authority was created to address a housing shortage in the County by stimulating the construction and rehabilitation of housing.

The Office of Civic and Community Engagement at the University of Miami and the Housing Finance Authority present a session on "Methods for Developing Affordable Housing" on Wednesday, April 24th at 4 p.m. The featured speaker will be Richard Baron, CEO of McCormack Baron Salzar, the nation's leading for-profit developer of economically integrated urban neighborhoods. A new time and place for HFA board meetings
Good news! The HFA will hold monthly Board meetings at the Adrienne Arsht Center at 3 p.m. (new time). The address is 1300 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, Florida 33132. The meeting room is on the east side of Biscayne Boulevard inside the Knight Concert Hall’s Burns Green Room.
